I have 20 years of experience in Technical Finance and Marketing for a large corporate company. With 12 years of Experience in Real Estate. I have a great people skills, I am detail oriented with strong skills in contract negotiation, document preparation, property acquisition, design and entitlement permitting. I Speak English and Vietnamese. 

I was born in Vietnam and came to United States in 1975. I graduated from Mark Morris High in States of Washington. Our family move to California in early of 1977 and resided In the city of Cerritos ever since. In 1983 I Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Cal State Fullerton. I am  a member of PWR, C.A.R, N.A.R, MLS and past member of Rancho Board of Realtor of Los Angeles.
